Pear and Blackberry Crumble

This Crumble is the perfect heartwarming treat for any evening. To make it extra sustainable use foraged Blackberries in the Autumn months. Just remember to let them sit in salted water for 10 minutes before use! Serves 4-6.
100g Melted Butter
40g Light Brown Sugar
Juice of Half a Lemon
1 Tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1) Core and halve the pears. Sprinkle with lemon juice then bake at 180 for 10 minutes. After they have baked for 10 minutes, add the blackberries and bake for a further 5 minutes.
2) Whilst the fruit is baking, mix the oats and sugar in a bowl. Add the melted butter to the mixture until the oats are entirely covered.
3) Once the fruit is baked, remove the dish from the oven and cover with the crumble topping. Sprinkle the topping with cinnamon, then bake for 15-20 minutes until the top starts to brown.
4) Enjoy fresh from the oven paired with custard or cooled down with yogurt or ice cream!
