Quick and Simple Apple Crisps

If you need to take a break from studying, want a quick snack or your oven's currently in use, try out these super quick and easy apple crisps!


Ingredients:

  • 1-2 apples that are browning

  • Any toppings you wish to add: for some examples, we recommend cinnamon, sugar, honey or salt for an extra punch!

  • That's it!

Method:

  1. Cut off the ends of the apple and cut into either slices or whole sections if you prefer.

  2. Line a plate with parchment paper and place the thin apple slices on top. Here you can sprinkle them with whatever toppings you prefer!

  3. Microwave for 4 and a half to 5 minutes, or until you can see the edges of the apple starting to curl up depending on the power of your microwave.

  4. Flip each slice over and continue to microwave for around 30 seconds to another minute, or until the edges have become crisp.

  5. Remove from microwave and let them stand until they have become crispy and dry. Enjoy!
